Bryony aims to focus on keeping exercise fun and varied in order to achieve long-term health and fitness goals. She has an advanced diploma in personal training and specialises in fitness testing, exercise nutrition, suspension training and pad-work.
With a passion for health and fitness Stuart developed a simple but effective weight loss plan called the Burn and Shape 1-1 for his clients. This Plan is effective in weight loss, increase in muscle tone, and allows you to become stronger, fitter and healthier. More importantly the sessions are fun, whilst giving you a bit of background knowledge on how the body works.
Stuart’s experience in the Royal Marines pushed him through physical and mental barriers to achieve goals and he’ll help you all the way to do the same. He has also been fortunate to have contributed to top health magazines such as Women’s Fitness and Functional Sports Nutrition.
