CANCELLING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

All our memberships are rolling 30 day contracts* with option to cancel at any time with no fee.

If you wish to cancel your membership, you will need to terminate the Direct Debit with your chosen bank.

Please note,  cancellation of memberships must be done at least 7 working days before your next collection date to avoid further charges. W6 Gym cannot refund any membership fees that are cancelled inside of the 7 working day period.

For annual memberships, the membership fee is payable once a year. The Direct Debit is set up to collect again exactly a year on from the initial date, unless otherwise cancelled during the year.

Cancellation of membership will still allow a member to fulfil the remaining month (or years membership) in the gym until the next Direct Debit date as passed.
