WHAT TO EXPECT?
CORE BLITZ - 30 minutes focusing solely on strength and conditioning for the core muscles.
KICKBOXING - Technique and fitness combined. Learn a new skill, or enhance your skills, and build on your fitness at the same time.
SPINNING - A really great way to get your cardio in each week, set to fun music.
SLOW FLOW YOGA - Restorative Yoga to gently bring you into the week, or to recover from the weekend.
VINYASA YOGA - Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Excellent for strength/conditioning and flexibility.
WARRIOR WEDNESDAYS - Full body workout (with equipment), including a 10 minute Ab Blast each session. Suitable for all levels, but be prepared to sweat!
FULL BODY HIIT - High intensity interval training for 30 minutes, focusing on the whole body. The perfect 'before work' session.
LOWER BODY BLAST - Working the lower body, a great toning and strength workout. Also, a good fat burner!
